REQUEST A PILOT

Forty days to a number your auditors can recompute.

One contained workload. A measured baseline. An exit figure your own team verifies offline.

HOW A PILOT WORKS

Verification first. A savings number when the math is in.

A pilot proves the mechanism before it claims a dollar. The first phase makes your AI usage independently verifiable; the savings figure follows once the optimization measurement is in place. We would rather under-claim in week one and hand you a number you can recompute in week six than reverse that order.

Phase 1 · Observe

An independently verifiable record

One base-URL change routes a contained workload through the gateway. It counts what it carries and never reads content; a second privilege domain countersigns the record. Deliverable: a sealed statement your own auditor recomputes offline.

Phase 2 · Measure

A savings figure, on the same footing

With a baseline pinned, the exit report carries a dual-rate savings statement — computed, disclosed by basis, and re-derivable by you. No figure is asserted that the record cannot reproduce.

One scoping detail worth settling early: whether the workload you have in mind is streaming or non-streaming determines how we stage phase one. Either works; it changes sequence, not outcome.

WHERE A PILOT SITS

Pilot, production, scale — named honestly

A working pilot is not a shipped platform, and we do not pretend otherwise. Each tier has a job:

PILOT

One workload, inside your perimeter, proving the record and the recompute. Where every engagement begins.

PRODUCTION

Streaming workloads, savings measurement, and key management your security team signs off on. Funded by a pilot that earned it.

SCALE

High availability, multi-entity federation, and the procurement artifacts (audit, SSO) that large deployments require.

Tell us enough to know whether this is a fit. We will reply with either a scoping call or an honest reason it is not the right time — there is a short list of cases where we would rather say no, and it is published on the briefing note.
